How often/when should I do cryotherapy?

Whenever you can!  You will find it so exhilarating and refreshing that you will want to do it as often as possible!

We recommend at least 10 sessions in the first 30 days for optimal results.  Some people will need more.  With each person and situation being different there is not a magic number that works for everyone.  The number and frequency of sessions you choose will depend on your goals and reasons for using cryotherapy.  It is completely safe to do before or after a workout.  If you work out before your cryo session you can expect less soreness due to the inflammation reduction.  If you choose to cryo before your workout you can expect more energy, focus, and flexibility.  Switch it up to feel the difference and decide for yourself what works best for you.
